Summary
This study tested the drug clofarabine in 25 people with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) or related disorders that had returned or not improved with standard therapy. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink or eliminate disease. Results measured how many patients had their disease get better, stay the same, or worsen.
