Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called CLN-978 in 24 people with moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and how it affects the body, including reducing immune cells linked to the disease. Participants receive the drug as a shot under the skin, and researchers will monitor side effects and immune response.
