Summary
This study tested a treatment for people with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Participants received a combination of chemotherapy drugs (fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, rituximab) plus lenalidomide, followed by lenalidomide alone to keep the disease under control. The goal was to see how many patients achieved a complete response with no detectable cancer cells. The study involved 21 adults and was completed.
