First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at two different schedules of a drug combination (venetoclax and acalabrutinib) for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. About 62 participants will either take venetoclax continuously or only for part of the time, to see if the intermittent approach works as well with fewer side effects. The goal is to achieve complete remission after 12 cycles of treatment.
