First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study is for people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). It compares taking the drug venetoclax continuously versus taking it in cycles (on and off), both combined with another drug called acalabrutinib. The goal is to see if the intermittent schedule works as well or better and causes fewer side effects. About 62 participants will be enrolled.
