Triple-Drug attack aims to wipe out CLL in new trial

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax) in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have not had prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can make the cancer undetectable in the bone marrow and blood. About 230 adults will take part.
