Double attack on tough leukemia: pill plus supercharged immune cells
NCT ID NCT07194980
Summary
This study is testing if adding a daily pill called nemtabrutinib to a one-time cell therapy (liso-cel) is safe and effective for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) that has returned or stopped responding to other treatments. The pill aims to block cancer cell growth, while the cell therapy involves modifying a patient's own immune cells to hunt and destroy cancer. Researchers want to see if this combination works better than the cell therapy alone.
