NCT ID NCT06849713

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and sonrotoclax) in people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The main goal is to see if the treatment can make the cancer undetectable in the blood. About 40 participants will receive the drug combo, and researchers will monitor for side effects and how well the cancer responds.
