New triple therapy aims to control leukemia without lifelong treatment

Summary
This study tests whether a time-limited combination of three drugs (pirtobrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) is safe and effective for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or Richter transformation who have not had prior treatment. About 60 adults will participate. The goal is to control the disease with a fixed treatment period, not lifelong medication.
