Summary
This study aims to describe the clinical, blood, and genetic features of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in 45 newly diagnosed adults. Researchers will examine how specific genetic changes, like IGHV mutation status and del(17p), relate to treatment response. Participants will provide medical history, undergo physical exams, and give blood samples for analysis. The goal is to better understand which genetic factors influence outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
