First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study aims to describe the clinical, blood, and genetic characteristics of 45 adults newly diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Researchers will examine how specific genetic changes, such as IGHV mutation status and del(17p), relate to how well patients respond to treatment. Participants will provide medical history, undergo physical exams, and have blood tests to analyze their genetic profiles. The goal is to better understand which genetic factors influence treatment outcomes like complete remission or disease progression.
