Scientists track fuel sources of leukemia cells in patients

Summary
This study looks at how cancer cells in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) use nutrients like sugar and glutamine. Researchers will give participants special labeled nutrients and then measure how the cells process them. The goal is to understand cancer cell metabolism better, not to treat the disease. About 16 adults with CLL or healthy volunteers will take part.
