First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether worrying about climate change (eco-anxiety) is linked to suicidal thoughts in young people aged 16 to 24 who are already getting mental health care. Researchers will ask 108 participants to fill out questionnaires about their climate anxiety and mood. The goal is to better understand this connection and help develop better support for at-risk youth.
