Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug letermovir to standard antiviral treatment helps clear cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection faster in people who have received a lung transplant. About 40 participants will receive either the combination or standard care plus a placebo. The goal is to see if more patients achieve viral clearance by week 3, which could reduce complications and improve recovery.
