New CAR-T therapy targets Hard-to-Treat solid tumors

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR-T cells) designed to find and attack cancer cells that carry a protein called CLDN6. Some participants also receive an RNA vaccine to boost the CAR-T cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose.
