First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called LB1908, which uses a patient's own immune cells (T-cells) that have been modified to recognize and attack cancer cells that have a protein called claudin 18.2 on their surface. The study includes adults with advanced stomach, esophageal, or pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and to see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
