New combo approach for MS: switching from natalizumab to cladribine

Summary
This study looks at whether switching from natalizumab to cladribine tablets is safe and effective for people with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis. About 40 adults aged 18-60 will take cladribine after stopping natalizumab. Researchers will track immune cell changes, relapse rates, and nerve damage markers over 24 months.
