Summary
This study tests whether a daily supplement called CL25216 can reduce hot flashes and other menopause symptoms in perimenopausal women. About 80 healthy overweight women aged 40-55 with irregular periods and moderate-to-severe symptoms will take either the supplement or a placebo for several weeks. The main goal is to see if symptoms improve using a standard menopause symptom questionnaire.
