Summary
This study looks at whether a natural citrus supplement called glucosyl-hesperidin (CitraPeak) can help active adults exercise better, recover faster, improve blood flow, and sharpen thinking. Researchers will give different doses to 60 healthy volunteers aged 18-50 and measure changes over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this supplement can ease physical and mental strain during exercise.
