Summary
This study looks at how different doses of glucosyl-hesperidin (CitraPeak), a citrus-based supplement, affect exercise performance, recovery, blood flow, thinking, mood, and sleep in 60 healthy, active adults aged 18-50. Participants will take the supplement for 8 weeks and undergo tests like cycling and blood flow measurements. The goal is to see if this natural compound can improve physical and mental performance.
