Mood booster? citicoline supplement tested on healthy adults

Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called citicoline can improve mood in healthy adults who have moderate mood issues. About 90 people will take either citicoline or a placebo daily for several weeks. Researchers will measure mood, sleep quality, stress, and certain blood markers to see if citicoline makes a difference.
