First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether combining two drugs, Cirtuvivint and Olaparib, is safe for people with ovarian cancer that no longer responds to platinum chemotherapy. About 50 women with specific genetic markers (BRCA/HRD) will take the pills at different schedules. The main goal is to find the best dose and understand side effects.
