Summary
This study is testing a new computer software called CirrhosisRx, which is designed to help doctors and nurses follow the best medical guidelines when caring for hospitalized patients with advanced liver scarring (cirrhosis). The goal is to see if using this software leads to better care and better patient outcomes, like fewer deaths in the hospital. Over 2,100 patients will be part of this real-world test at a major medical center.
