First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at whether circuit training, with or without extra arm and leg resistance exercises, can reduce nighttime breathing trouble and improve daily function in people who had heart bypass surgery. Sixty adults aged 35 to 65 who had surgery 3-6 months earlier took part. Researchers measured breathing, strength, and endurance to see which exercise approach worked best.
