First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looked at whether circuit training can improve heart and lung fitness in men recovering from drug addiction. 60 men from a rehab center took part. They were split into two groups: one did circuit training, the other did not. The study measured how far they could walk in 6 minutes, their oxygen use, and lung function. The goal was to see if exercise helps their physical recovery.
