Summary
This small, early-stage study is testing whether adding a common antibiotic called ciprofloxacin to standard chemotherapy can help control advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. It will involve 10 patients who are new to treatment. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and if it helps shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth.
