Summary
This study tests a treatment called cilta-cel, a type of CAR-T therapy, for people with multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if it can make the cancer disappear or shrink significantly. About 60 participants will receive the therapy, and researchers will check for signs of cancer in the bone marrow after one year. This is a phase 2 trial, meaning it's still being tested for safety and effectiveness.
