Can a stroke drug help the brain mop up its own bleeding?

Summary
This study tests whether cilostazol, a drug already used for stroke prevention, can help the brain clear blood clots faster after a bleeding stroke (intracerebral hemorrhage). About 100 adults with small to medium bleeds will receive either cilostazol plus standard care or standard care alone for two weeks. The goal is to see if the drug speeds up clot removal and improves recovery without causing more bleeding.
