Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental pill called CID-078 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 220 adults with cancers like lung, breast, or neuroendocrine tumors will take part.
