Summary
This study looks at whether a special training program using realistic scenarios can help doctors, nurses, and assistants work better together in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). About 60 staff and students at a hospital in Italy will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves communication, shared decision-making, and job satisfaction.
