Summary
This study tests whether a special training program using realistic computer scenarios can help doctors, nurses, and assistants work together better in the heart intensive care unit. About 60 staff members and students will take part. The goal is to see if this training improves communication, decision-making, and teamwork, which could lead to safer patient care.
