Summary
This study tests a community-based program led by trained health workers in churches. It aims to help adults aged 45 and older get screened for colorectal cancer and adopt healthier lifestyle habits to lower their risk of both cancer and heart disease. The program connects people to screening services and provides a web-based lifestyle course focused on diet and heart health.
