First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at 111 healthy nursing students to see if their natural sleep-wake patterns (chronotype) influenced their motivation and test scores when taught using a flipped learning approach. Researchers measured chronotype with a questionnaire and compared motivation and exam results. The goal was to understand if matching teaching methods to body clocks could improve learning.
