NCT ID NCT07324044
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether eating meals at times that match your natural body clock (chrono-nutrition) can help people who have had weight loss surgery keep the weight off and improve their health. About 246 adults who had sleeve gastrectomy at least 6 months ago will either follow standard dietary advice or a personalized meal timing plan. Researchers will track weight, blood sugar, gut bacteria, and sleep patterns to see if this approach leads to better long-term outcomes.
