Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week pain education program can help people with chronic pain become more active and feel less pain and depression. About 50 adults with pain lasting over 3 months will attend group sessions on sleep, stress, exercise, and mindfulness. The goal is to see if understanding pain better leads to healthier habits and improved well-being.
