Teens with chronic pain: can body awareness therapy help?
NCT ID NCT07325110
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at how teenagers with chronic pain notice and understand signals from their own bodies, like heartbeat or tension. Researchers want to see if occupational therapy changes this body awareness and improves daily function. About 49 teens aged 11 to 21 will fill out questionnaires before and after therapy. The goal is to learn more, not to test a new treatment.
