Summary
This study tests a new tablet called hepenofovir fumarate (HTS) for people with chronic hepatitis B, a long-term liver infection. About 1,444 adults aged 18 to 65 who have not been treated before or have stopped treatment for at least 6 months will take either HTS or an existing drug (TAF). The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to control the virus.
