New program aims to ease chronic back pain without drugs

Summary
This study tests a group program for adults with long-term back pain. Participants will learn about pain, healthy habits, and emotional tools, plus do guided exercises. The goal is to see if it improves physical function, reduces fear of movement, and boosts quality of life. About 20 people will take part, with results checked right after the program and again 6 months later.
