Summary
This study aims to understand if a nutritional supplement containing chromium can help the body use protein better and manage blood sugar in women going through or after menopause. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo in 60 healthy women after they do light resistance exercise. The goal is to gather information that could help develop future nutrition strategies for healthy aging.
