Summary
This study tested a treatment called Chondron, which uses a person's own cartilage cells grown in a lab and then placed back into the knee during surgery. It included 10 people with knee cartilage defects from arthritis or injury. The goal was to see if it reduces pain and improves knee function over 48 weeks, with follow-up up to 96 weeks.
