Researchers track choking incidents to find best first aid

Summary
This study aims to collect information on real-life choking emergencies in Alberta, Canada, to learn which first aid treatments work best and are safest. It will enroll 80 adults and children over age 2 who experienced choking and received help from a bystander or healthcare provider. The goal is to gather high-quality data to support a future study that directly compares different choking treatments.
