NCT ID NCT07556627
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at how eating dark, milk, or white chocolate before sitting for 3 hours changes heart health in healthy adults aged 18 to 40. Each person tries all three chocolates on different days. Researchers measure blood pressure, heart rate, and other heart-related markers to see if any chocolate helps offset the effects of sitting.
