Chocolate showdown: which bar protects your heart while you sit?
NCT ID NCT07556627
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how eating different types of chocolate (dark, milk, or white) before sitting for 3 hours affects heart health in healthy adults aged 18-40. Each person tries all three chocolates on separate days. Researchers measure blood pressure, heart rate, and other heart-related markers to see if any chocolate helps counter the effects of prolonged sitting.
