Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical method for infants born with a blocked nasal passage, a condition called choanal atresia. Researchers will compare two different endoscopic surgery techniques to see which one provides better long-term breathing results and fewer complications. The study will enroll 30 infants and young children up to 6 years old who need surgery for this condition.
