Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical approach for infants born with blocked nasal passages (choanal atresia). Researchers will compare two different endoscopic techniques to see which one keeps the airway open longer with fewer complications. The study will include 30 children under 6 years old who need surgery for this condition.
