Summary
This study tested whether eyelid wipes containing chlorhexidine can help people with blepharitis caused by Demodex mites. 106 adults used the wipes twice daily for 4 weeks. Researchers measured mite counts and eyelash debris before and after treatment to see if the wipes reduced the infection and improved symptoms.
