Summary
This study compares a chitosan brush to a standard titanium curette for cleaning infected tissue around dental implants (peri-implantitis). Sixty adults with the condition will receive non-surgical treatment and be followed for 12 months. Researchers will measure gum pocket depth, bone loss, and immune markers to see which method works better.
