Chiropractic care may offer a path to lower opioid use for back pain

Summary
This pilot study will test whether adding chiropractic care to standard medical care can help reduce opioid use in adults with long-term back or neck pain. Researchers will enroll 24 patients from four community health centers in Canada. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible, not to prove the treatment works.
