Summary
This study tests whether chiropractic care can help adults with chronic neck pain. Sixty people aged 18-65 with neck pain for at least 3 months will either get chiropractic care plus usual treatment or usual treatment alone. Researchers will check if the study is practical and if pain, disability, and quality of life improve, along with brain activity and walking patterns.
