First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a traditional Chinese herbal formula (Xiehe DOR Bushen Tongzhi Formula) to standard ovulation induction therapy improves the chance of natural pregnancy in women aged 22-39 with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Participants will receive either the herbal formula or a placebo, along with ovulation monitoring and timed intercourse. The main goal is to see if the combined approach leads to more confirmed pregnancies.
